The southernmost part of the Montenegro. This is a perfect place for rest. Cheap and beautifful place. There is no industry, traffic noise.
Our house is 1.1km away from the seashore, which takes about 15 minutes of a pleasent walk through the woods,
with the contact with nature. However, if you prefer not to walk, not too far away there is an
asphalt road and then it takes about 3km to get to the seashore. The seashore itself is a 13km wide sand beach, the biggest beach on Adriatic. Most of those 13km is not urbanized and you can find your place to enjoy in nature, sea water, sun. The most special thing is that if anytime you want to be alone, you can always find some part of the seashore without any people! Also, 3km from our house (or 2km from our beach) there is river, and you could enjoy there also. The river Bojana flows into the sea (you can see the river in the upper part of this photo). The most beautiful restaurants are on the river, near the sea. Between the river and the sea there is a tiny island with a camp where you could ride horses, play voleyball, eat some special lunch, or just enjoy both the sea and the river. Panorama of the river When you get bored of the sand beach, 15km from us there are some rock-shores. |

| One very special spot is the Olive Forest between Ulcinj and Bar. It is the biggest Olive Forest in this part of Europe. Did you know that olive trees live very very long. Near Ulcinj there is a living tree more then 2000 years old, it is a national monument. |

In our house we have our own personal waterworks and drainage system with cold and hot water. Besides the draw-well with very clean natural water, there is a system with sun powered reservoir on the roof which can be used in waterworks.|
